Privacy notice

This notice explains what AnrilX does with personal data collected through anrilx.com. It is deliberately short, because this site collects very little.

What this website collects

Only what you type into a form. If you request a demo or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to include: company, SAP landscape, and your message.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Two third parties are loaded, and they are the only two. Web fonts come from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. The chat button in the corner is Crisp, which loads when the page does and stores an identifier in your browser so that a conversation you start survives a page change. Open a chat and what you type, along with your browser and approximate location, is held by Crisp on our behalf until we delete it. Ignore the button and it stays a button.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to have the conversation you asked for. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is an active conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards so that we have context if you come back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@anrilx.com and a person will action it.

Customer SAP data: a separate matter

This notice covers the website. The AnrilX product is deployed on-premise inside your own environment: your SAP data, your uploaded documents and your policy configuration remain in your landscape. We do not maintain a copy of customer transactional data, and there is no shared multi-customer store.

Data processing in the product is governed by the agreement between us, not by this notice. If you are evaluating AnrilX and need the detail for a security review, ask; we would rather answer those questions early.
