Who actually replies?
Somebody from the team that builds it. There is no qualification step, no routing to an SDR, and no automated sequence; the first reply you get is from a person who has read what you wrote.
How long does a reply take?
Within one business day. If it is going to take longer because your question needs somebody specific, you will get a note saying so rather than silence.
What should I include?
Enough that the first reply can be useful: roughly what you are trying to do, and what your SAP landscape looks like if you know. A sentence is genuinely fine; we would rather have the conversation than a well-formed brief.
